529 Motto: "A Whole Community Approach." We love our Cleveland community! So when 529 Mobile was recently approached by our friends at the Transplant House of Cleveland about a website redesign and a mobile friendly interface, we accepted the mission. We are honored to be able to donate our time and services to such a great cause for the Cleveland community. Our goal was to create a warm and inviting website that helps tell the story of what the Transplant House of Cleveland (THoC) is trying to provide … Comfort, Community and Cleveland.

"529 Mobile has been a treasure. With their help, our non-profit's social media branding has gone from zero to 100. We have transformed into a cohesive, attractive corporate image that clearly communicates our mission and vision. Renee is a pleasure to work with. She is patient when we don't comprehend what twitter even is, understanding when we don't know exactly what we want to change on the webpage, and creative when we need to tell a good story. We'd still be carving images on the cave walls if 529 Mobile hadn't come along and shown us the light. Thank you!"  -- Erica Miller  //  Transplant House of Cleveland Board President

About the Transplant House of Cleveland

The Transplant House of Cleveland is 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization with an important mission: to provide temporary, affordable housing in a home-like environment for organ transplant patients and their families while they visit Cleveland for medical care.  The Transplant House of Cleveland board is searching for a facility for renovation while simultaneously growing its base of friends and raising much-needed funding.

Please join them in this mission to create a cozy, welcoming home-away-from-home where transplant families can face medical challenges with the help and support of others.  You can make the difference in many lives by contributing financially, sharing your skills and connecting us to others who can help us open our doors.

Thank you Erica and the board members of the THoC for letting us be a part of such an important cause. 529 Mobile is always working hard to help support our non-profit Cleveland community organizations as well as help others experience what our great area has to offer. It has truly been 'A Whole Community Approach' in Cleveland!
